UTILITIES

The Gas and Electric Service is the tenants’ responsibility. One student will need to contact UGI at (800) 276-2722 to request new electric and gas service. Another student will need to contact United Water at 717-564- 3662 to transfer the water service, if water is tenants responsibility. The students who take the responsibility for transferring utility service into their names should contact the utility companies at least one week before your move in date. For your information, the timely payment of utility bills has a positive impact on an individual’s Credit Score.
